Using Pooems

Pooems is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may use the app and website only in compliance with applicable law and the rules of the store through which you obtained the app.

Content and availability

The poems, narration, artwork, branding, and software are owned by Pooems or used with permission. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, or misuse them except where the law expressly permits it.

The service may change, pause, or end, and particular content or features may not always be available. Cached content may become outdated while a device is offline.

Forecast disclaimer

Weather information is informational and may be delayed or inaccurate. Do not rely on Pooems for safety-critical, emergency, travel, health, or property decisions; use an official weather service instead.

No warranties

To the extent permitted by law, Pooems is provided “as is” without warranties. Liability for claims arising from use of the service is limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.
